The law will reduce the time of access of medicines to the Russian market, as well as promote the development of contract production of medicines, allowing Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers to produce, in addition to their products, medicines of other manufacturers. According to the developers, the development of contract production will create conditions for the growth of exports of medicines from Russia.
